THE BRIEF
Branding in this sector has long been an afterthought, and Alpadis was no exception. Its identity relied on a single literal idea, the Matterhorn, which appeared in almost every piece of communication. It spoke to Swiss heritage but said nothing about the firm's real strengths.
Alpadis needed an identity that expressed its new strategy: agile, local and personal, yet globally credible. That meant a crafted wordmark, a new colour palette and a visual language flexible enough to work across everything from forms and stationery to the website, digital ads, events and social media.

The insight
The positioning was captured in a line the client already used, and which proved to be true: big enough to matter, small enough to care.
The strategy identified what makes Alpadis genuinely different:
1
Local, not imported.
Each office is led by a local managing director and staffed by local experts, bringing on-the-ground knowledge and relationships. Many competitors place head-office executives in every market.
2
Small teams, fast decisions
Without layers of bureaucracy, Alpadis moves quickly โ something clients consistently value.
3
Global reach, boutique scale
Smaller than the big players, yet present across three continents.
THE Concept
The identity is built on one idea: many individual marks moving together as one. Each represents a local expert responding to their own market, and together they form a single, purposeful movement, reflecting an organisation that is agile, adaptive and connected.
The result is a flexible brand system that feels dynamic, modern and quietly premium, giving Alpadis a distinctive presence in a sector where branding has long been overlooked.
